The most important piece of the safety puzzle is our 居民。 Students are encouraged to be proactive about their safety by doing the following:

Malfunctioning or broken windows and doors, fire safety equipment, and water moisture concerns 必须 be reported by submitting a maintenance request through the resident’s housing portal or by emailing housing@tamucc.edu.
Any suspected or known criminal activity 必须 be reported to the University Police Department at (361) 825-4242 or by filing a report on the 乌利希期刊指南网站. Further information on campus safety can be found 在这里.

If a storm’s track brings it near Corpus Christi, the University will monitor the storm and send updates to students through 蓝色代码 using their Islander email and text using their phone number in S.A.I.L. Students can update their contact information for 蓝色代码 in S.A.I.L.
