The form will provide an option to request a confirmation receipt of the PIR for the requestor’s records. 一旦收到完成的项目启动请求，AdminOps将对其进行审查并分配给项目联系人（PCP）。
PCP将与请求方和IT部门召开会议，收集项目需求。
The 数据库门户 is available if a requestor would like to inquire about the project schedule, scope and cost.
