A student can log into 帆 and go to the 比尔/付款套件 to find their overall account balance and/or specific term balance.  一旦学生登录到主页上的账单/付款套件，将列出总体帐户余额。  To find the balance for a specific term click on 账户活动 under the 我的账户 section on the main page .  Then choose the term from the drop down menu and click 去.  余额将位于页面的底部。

If a student's financial aid is enough to cover the account in full and all financial aid required documentation and process are complete then the 业务办公室 can wait until the student's aid is applied to their account and the student will not have to make a personal payment by the deadline for the semester. 如果助学金不足以支付全部费用，学生必须在到期日之前支付差额，以避免滞纳金和/或取消课程注册。 Should all financial aid documentation and processes not be completed, the student will be required to a make payment in full by the due date to avoid late fees and/or deregistration of classes.
