实习背景调查流程

在实习期间与未成年人一起工作的学生需要进行背景调查。 如果实习地点没有进行背景调查，那么学生需要完成一个，由职业和专业发展中心协助。 学生必须完成以下步骤，以处理他们的背景调查。

所有表格必须提交到位于大学中心（UC） 304的职业和专业发展中心。 If students are not on campus, they may email their documents to christopher.graves@tamucc.edu.

• 填写授权表格
  • 犯罪背景调查授权表格
  • FERPA豁免表格 – ONLY individuals listed on the release form will be notified once the Career Center receives the results. 教师/实习协调员应提醒学生在表格上列出他们（如有必要），否则教师/实习协调员将不会收到更新。
• Submit a copy of valid Driver’s License
• Students are required to pay for their background check via 市场 and email their payment confirmation/receipt to christopher.graves@tamucc.edu.
  • $10.00 – ONLY resided in Texas since age of 18
  • $25.00 – Lived OUTSIDE of Texas since age of 18 (multi-state)
