In addition to the 学生行为准则, students are held to additional st和ards regarding their academic misconduct. This information can be found in detail within the University Procedure for 学术不端行为 Cases, 13.02.99.C0.04. 

为教师

When reporting incidents of academic misconduct faculty members need to complete the 学术不端事件表格 和 then submit an 在线事件报告 to upload the academic misconduct incident form. 学生行为与倡导 has also provided a 如何举报学术不端事件指南, an academic misconduct checklist 和 frequently asked questions below to assist in making the reporting process easier. 学术不端行为清单

过程:

• 教练员认为违规发生并收集任何存在的证据。
• Instructor completes the “学术不端事件表格” found online at studentconduct.tamucc.edu under the “教职员工 Resources” section.
• 教师通知学生需要开会，并在现有证据的基础上添加相关文件。

• All documentation is submitted to 学生行为与倡导 online via studentconduct.tamucc.edu for record keeping 和 any additional action that may be required.

学生有权：

• 被指控的不当行为被通知，并通过学术不当行为事件表回应指控。
