1. Login to 目的 using your Island ID. Before you can check your 目的 information, please read entirely any forms in “Required Forms” section. Then, type your name in the signature box and “submit”.
2. Click “Alternative Testing”
   • 在考试服务中选择您想要安排考试/测验的课程。
   • Click: “Add Alternative Testing Exam”
   • 输入类型：小测验，考试，期中，期末
   • 报名日期：（理想情况下，夏季2个工作日通知，秋季/春季3个工作日通知）
   • 输入时间：选择上课时间作为开始时间，除非你和老师已经同意另一个开始时间。
3. Click: “Accommodations” Choose the accommodations you want to use for the exam.
   • Click: "Add Exam Request”

如果您课程中的学生要求考试住宿，有两种选择：

1. 学生可以在考试服务或
2. 你可以自己提供这些住宿。

对于考试服务的考试，学生将使用残疾服务目的在线数据库系统来安排考试。 您将通过电子邮件收到一封教师通知信，其中包含测试协议的链接。

提醒：在FNL的数字版本中，每个课程和章节编号将有一个唯一的测试协议链接。

我们要求您填写《考试协议》，以便按照您的指示进行考试。 This link is specific to the student’s class section, and only one Testing Agreement per section is needed for each semester. 如果你有一个以上的学生在一个部门申请考试住宿，你只需要填写一次测试协议。 

您的私人联系信息将不会与学生共享。 如果考试期间有任何问题，考试服务人员将与您联系。

Before students can schedule exams, they are required to read and acknowledge the 考试服务考试规则。

When a student schedules an exam or makes changes to a scheduled exam, you will receive an email notification. 请检查考试日期/时间是否正确。

对于不需要监考的在线考试，请与学生确认他们的延长时间已经适当调整。 不需要测试协议。
