国际申请人不是美国公民或永久居民，将在移民或非传统签证类型下学习，包括但不限于以下签证类型：

• f - 1 / f - 2 学生签证
• j - 1 / j2：交流访问学者签证
• H-4 / h1 - b签证：专业职业签证

国际学生和国内学生进入研究生院的要求是一样的。 However, in addition to the documents listed on the 申请过程 page, international applicants must also submit the following documents to 研究生招生:

• International Transcript Evaluation Report - effective March 1, 2017, the University requires an international transcript evaluation report (course by course) which includes all transcripts from international colleges and universities from one of the University approved evaluation agencies listed below (except for MS Computer Science, MS Geospatial Systems Engineering and Ph.D. Geospatial Computer Science Programs):

   托福和雅思豁免

  符合下列条件之一的国际申请者可免交托福或雅思成绩：

  • 申请人在美国或加拿大高等教育机构完成学士学位，或
  • 申请人在美国或加拿大的高中或大学成功完成了两年的教学（英语授课），或
  • SAT批判性阅读成绩不低于600分，或者
  • ACT英语成绩不低于27分
  • 申请人向招生办公室提供其他令人信服的英语水平证明。
